# Tạo Volume Backup Policy

**Các bước thực hiện:**

Để thực hiện tạo policy, người dùng thực hiện các thao tác sau:

### Bước 1: Truy cập vào màn hình Backup Policy

Truy cập vào VPC, chọn Backup > Policy

### Bước 2: Tạo Backup Policy

Ấn nút + NEW POLICY

### Bước 3: Điền thông tin 

Thông tin trong Popup tạo Policy bao gồm: 

*   Backup Policy Name: Tên người dùng đặt

*   Recurrence: Nếu chọn Daily

*   Recurrence: Nếu chọn Weekly
    *   Thêm thông tin: Day Of Week

*   Recurrence: Nếu chọn Monthly
    *   Nếu chọn Type: Specific day
        *   Thêm thông tin Day Of Month

    *   Nếu chọn Type: In the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th day
        *   Thêm thông tin Day Of Week

*   Hour: Giờ backup
*   Time Zone: Múi giờ mong muốn
*   Retention: Tối đa là 7

*   Incremental Backup Retention: Check vào checkbox để tạo thêm Incremental Backup. Với loại incremental thì người dùng chỉ được tạo 1 retention cho bản full.
*   Thông tin của Incremental Backup tương tự như Full Backup. 

### Bước 4: Xác nhận việc tạo

Sau khi nhập các thông tin yêu cầu, người dùng ấn Create để tạo policy.

Nên tạo thời điểm backup kiểu full và incremental cách nhau đủ lâu để hai quá trình này không chồng chéo tránh bị lỗi.

Sau khi tạo xong, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông tin Backup Policy vừa tạo lên danh sách.
