# Phương án reset password VM
**1\. Tạo lại máy ảo**

### **Bước 1: Note lại IP (cả Public và Private) và Detach network interface**

*   Note lại Public IP và Private IP.

### **Bước 2: Xóa VM giữ lại Volume và Public IP**

### **Bước 3: Tạo lại VM từ Volume System Disk giữ lại của máy vừa xóa**

### **Bước 4: Gắn Interface đã detach của VM cũ**

*   Attach Network Interface của VM cũ.

### **Bước 6: Truy cập VM sử dụng password mới được gửi về email**

**2\. Phạm vi ảnh hưởng**
-------------------------

*   Downtime dịch vụ khách hàng.
*   Thời gian downtime: Tối đa 5-10 phút.

**3\. Dữ liệu**
---------------

*   Tất cả dữ liệu.
*   IP, Security group đều được giữ nguyên, không thay đổi gì.

**4\. Truy cập VM mới**
-----------------------

*   Khách hàng truy cập VM bằng password mặc định gửi về email.
*   Sau đó KH nên đổi pass mới và siết security group để bảo mật.
